Miss Hill: Making Dance Matter

Miss Hill: Making Dance Matter tells the inspiring and largely unknown story of a woman who quietly struggled for over 75 years to establish Modern Dance as a legitimate art form. From the early pioneering days of the 1920’s to the power struggle over control of Lincoln Center, the film stylistically weaves together over 100 years of dance to create a moving history of a revolutionary leader in the arts.
