One world is occupied by some of the most acclaimed dancers in the world, the other by people who often struggle to move at all, those with Parkinson’s disease. But In 2012 these two different worlds converged at the Mark Morris Dance Center in Brooklyn as they began preparations for a a first of a kind performance. Capturing Grace tells the transcendent story of what happened over the course of that year. It’s a film about a remarkable community who come together to rediscover the meaning of grace.
