Dance on Camera Festival films are available for future screenings. The Dance on Camera Festival Touring Program is a unique opportunity for partnering film festival presenters, arts venues, and interested educators to curate from our festival collections and bring films, specifically relevant to their audiences and mission, to diverse locations.

Option #1- Customized Program

I would like to present feature length and short films. I have a budget to offer panel discussions, a talkback with filmmakers, and possibly an educational workshop. My screening is in three months.

  • What will you get? Our services include:

    • Curation
      • Working creatively with your organization to create a unique program that reflects the location, time, duration and ticket price of the event as well as the demographics of the venue Considering budget of the program in curation
    • Communication
      • Acting as liaison between venue and filmmakers Facilitating previews of films Contracting filmmakers Paying filmmakers Informing filmmakers about their inclusion in the program
    • Print Traffic
      • Providing screeners (previews) of the films Sending screening film .mov/.mpeg files via Dropbox Coordinating with filmmakers if a DVD/BluRay needs to be sent
    • Marketing
      • Supplying images of the films for promotional materials Including links to trailers of the films if available Providing DFA logo Listing your event on the DFA website Including your event in the DFA eblast

I have a small budget and I would like to be able to show these films in an educational venue. I don't plan to charge for the screenings. My event is about a month away.

      • Dance Films Association selects shorts from previous Dance on Camera Festivals and makes them available for download through VHX.
    • Communication
      • Facilitates previews of films Contracts filmmakers Pays filmmakers Informs filmmakers about their inclusion in the program

      • Film, panels, and trailers are provided through VHX
    • Marketing
      • Sending images of the films for promotional materials Providing DFA logo Listing your event online and via the DFA social media
