Jeffersonville Residency Program

About two hours north of New York City in the Catskill Mountains, Dance Films Association brings together filmmaker Joshua Higgason and dancer/choreographer Blakeley White-McGuire August 11th- 14th for a weekend of collaborative creation at the Jeffersonville Art Mill. Recently developed by the Queens Academy of Arts and Dance (QuA²D), the Jeffersonville Residency Program provides dance artists the opportunity to “work and live undisturbed in peaceful and picturesque Jeffersonville.” A first time program of this kind for Dance Films Association under the direction of our new executive director Christy Park, we are looking forward to the spontaneous innovation that is sure to follow!
