Dance on Camera Festival 2010 Entry Form

Entry fee $50 per entrant. This fee includes DFA membership. Read member benefits. Your DFA membership begins the date you pay and ends August 31, 2010. Payment may be made by check in US dollars drawn on a U.S. bank made payable to Dance Films Association, money order, cash, or credit card by using PayPal.com, directing the money into DFA's account: dancefilms@msn.com, and writing the entry title in the memo box.

We prefer that all entries would have their NYC premiere with DOCF.
