DANCE SCREEN ON TOUR AT PUBLIC ART SCREENS
The IMZ is happy to announce that three films from our non-profit and noncommercial initiative
dancescreen on tour have been selected for the Norwegian project
“Public Art Screens”. The project which is taking place at several locations in Norway presents contemporary video art and animation. The Public Art Screens are custom made to public and private rooms, terminals, schools, foyers and meeting areas. Public Art Screens creates a new venue for people to experience art directly in public space. The project is initiated and produced by i/ o / lab – Center of Future Arts in Stavanger.
During the summer months the following films will been shown within the
Public Art Screens Project in June, July and August
Stronger by Wilkie Branson
DUO by Octavio Iturbe
There is a Place by Goat Media Ldt.
DFA is happy to see the 2011 Dance on Camera Festival alumni Stronger and There is a Place included in this screening!
